Information you provide
Project and Contact Details
When you contact J&J, you may choose to provide your name, email address, phone number, city or ZIP code, project type, photos, and details about the space or work you are considering. Do not send payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive data through a project inquiry.
Email-based request
How the Website Form Works
The current project form prepares an email draft in your own email application. The website does not send or store the completed form as a server-side submission. J&J receives the information only after you choose to send the email, and your email provider processes that message under its own privacy terms.
Technical operation
Information Processed When the Site Loads
Website hosting, delivery, and security services may process standard request information such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested page, referring page, and request time. This information may be used to deliver the site, maintain reliability, investigate abuse, and protect the service.
Use of information
Why J&J Uses Contact Information
J&J may use information you send to respond to the inquiry, discuss whether a project may be a fit, arrange follow-up communication, maintain ordinary business records, protect legal rights, and comply with applicable obligations.
Service providers
When Information May Be Shared
Information may be processed by providers that support email, website hosting, security, file storage, or other business operations. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to respond to lawful process, or when reasonably necessary to protect J&J, a visitor, or another person's rights and safety.
Cookies and analytics
Website Storage and Measurement
This website does not require a customer account. Hosting and security services may use cookies or similar technical mechanisms needed to deliver and protect the site. If J&J introduces optional analytics or advertising tools, this policy will be updated to describe the additional processing.
Retention and security
How Long Information Is Kept
Contact and project information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business and project records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. J&J and its providers use reasonable safeguards, but no website, email system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Questions, Corrections, and Deletion Requests
You may choose not to send a project inquiry and may contact J&J to ask about information you previously provided, request a correction, or request deletion. Some information may need to be retained for contracts, records, disputes, security, or legal obligations.
