Payment planning
The Calculator Illustrates a Payment. It Does Not Approve a Loan.
The result uses only the amount financed, annual rate, and term selected on this page. It assumes equal monthly payments on a fixed-rate, fully amortizing loan with no financed fees. It does not evaluate creditworthiness, program availability, or the final terms a financing provider may offer.
Who handles financing
J&J Remodels the Home. Third-Party Lenders Handle the Financing.
J&J's application is provided through Enhancify, an advertising, matching, and referral service that may refer an applicant to one or more independent lending providers. J&J and Enhancify are not the lender making the credit decision.

Questions homeowners ask
What should be settled before work begins.
Is J&J Home Renovations the lender?
No. J&J is the remodeling contractor. Financing options are presented through Enhancify and any resulting loan is offered and funded by an independent third-party lending provider.
Does the calculated payment guarantee an APR or approval?
No. The calculator is an illustration based on the numbers you select. It is not a credit decision, approval, loan offer, or guarantee of any amount, rate, fee, or repayment term.
Who determines the actual financing terms?
The lending provider determines eligibility and provides the actual APR, amount, fees, charges, and repayment period based on its requirements, state availability, and individual creditworthiness.
Will an application involve a credit check?
The Enhancify application explains any authorizations before information is submitted. A lending provider may perform a credit check or otherwise verify the information provided, so review the application disclosures before consenting.
What amount should I enter in the financing calculator?
Use only an amount you want to compare for planning. A contractor estimate and lender decision may differ, and taxes, fees, down payments, or other terms may not be represented by the illustration.
Does the monthly result include lender fees or insurance?
No. The calculator uses only the amount, annual rate, and term entered. Any fees, insurance, closing costs, or lender-specific charges would need to be reviewed in the provider's actual disclosures.
